Ingredients
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- ½ lb butter
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Cream together cream cheese & butter. Slowly work in flour with your hands or an electric mixer. Wrap in wax paper & chill for 2 to 4 hours, or overnight.
- Grease & flour tart pans. Pinch off small mounds of chilled dough. Roll & push into tart pan to make small cups.
- After all tart pans are filled with dough, add filling until cups are about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until light brown in color.
