Ingredients
Salmon Burger
- 4 Salmon Burger Patties
- 4 slices of tomato
- Bibb lettuce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Hamburger Buns
Avocado Cream
- 1 large ripe avocado
- ½ cup crème fraiche
- juice of 1 lime
- kosher salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
Salmon Burger
- In a nonstick skillet heat 2 tbsp. of oil.
- Set grill on medium-high heat and brush each side of the burger with olive oil. Cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place Bibb lettuce on bottom of Hamburger bun and top with burger.
- Top burger with a slice of tomato and 1-2 tbsp. of avocado cream.
Avocado Cream
- Slice avocado in half and remove pit.
- Scoop out the flesh into a food processor.
- Add crème fraiche, lime juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Blend until smooth.
